This pony features a 1953 Cadillac covertible cruising through the backroads of Arizona. It has some of the mountains covered in boulders and surrounded by Saguaro Cactus. The other side has an early Ford pickup pulling up to a ranch with a horse trailer, being greeted by a hungry Hereford bull.

This pony celebrates the Texas Longhorns. It has a herd of these iconic animals breaking through a barbed wire fence in an attempt to escape the Texas tornado that can be seen in the background. Hand sculpted Cactus and rocks have been added to the base to complete the landscape.

This pony features elements found in my front yard. I enjoy raising Japanese Maples, especially for their colors. I built a stream with river rocks to create a gentle sound of water. This design incorporates the calming effects of the soft leaves against the hard stones gently cradled in water

This pony shows two perspectives: One side is looking from the inside of a cliff dwelling ruin, out into the canyon; the other side is standing outside the ruin, at night, looking inside to see the natives ancestors seated around a fire. The base features petrogylphs as well as ruins.

This original pony is painted in metallic enamel paint. It shows several squirrels operating a Trojan Horse to get around. It is inspired by the several squirrels I have in my yard, and the ingenuity they exhibit as they gather the various materials in preparation for winter. Completed 10/24/07.

This is a new original completed on Oct. 21, 2007. It celebrates the Sheridan style of western leather carving made popular by artists such as Don King and Clinton Fay. It can be found on saddles, holsters, belts, and purses. It is uniquely American. This pony has my interpretation of the style.
