The "Fallen Heroes Memorial Pony" figurine from The Trail of Painted Ponies has become very popular with collectors recently. This stunning figurine is dedicated to the brave and heroic firemen and policemen who pay the ultimate price to keep the rest of us out of harm's way. Drawing on the traditional imagery observed at funerals of military heroes - a riderless horse with a pair of empty, high-top boots fitted in the stirrups backwards - The Trail of Painted Ponies, in collaboration with assorted artisans and craftsmen, created this emotionally stirring and uniquely American tribute to these Fallen Heroes.

For all of the collectors that would like to have one of these beautiful figurines, they are currently available at The Hall of Flame Museum of Firefighting and the National Firefighting Hall of Heroes, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Hall of Flame sponsors the National Firefighting Hall of Heroes, which honors firefighters who have died in the line of duty or who have been decorated for heroism.
